• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to manipulate scores or gameplay

Intellectual Property

The MapGame name, logo, and game designs are our intellectual property. Game data (country information, flags, map data) comes from open datasets and is used in accordance with their respective licenses.

Disclaimer

MapGame is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for accuracy in geographic data but make no guarantees. Country borders and names are based on standard international datasets and should not be taken as political statements.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. In jurisdictions that do not allow liability limitations, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
